The English court system is widely respected around the world, and English law is the first choice for international business, guiding many large commercial agreements between countries.

The UK is home to four of the world’s top ten law firms in terms of the total number of employed lawyers. These are multinational corporations with global career opportunities. Clifford Chance, for example, has offices in 25 countries and employs 72 percent of its lawyers outside of the UK.
