The USA remains one of the most desired locations. Walking down the bustling streets of New York, exploring the beaches of Miami or taking a weekend trip to Disneyland. Making Decisions
It takes about 14-18 months for students to finalise a course and university by themselves. Yes, that is a lot of time. Starting with the university research to further select a course that matches different aspects of their educational and career goals. Further, graduates also need to take the GRE at the entrance level. Starting with the Application Process
The application for the spring intake ends between July and November 2024. However, it varies with universities. For instance, the deadline to apply for the University of California Berkeley (UCB) is July while the New Jersey Institute of Technology takes applications till November. Moreover, some universities also have Early Decision (ED) a few months ahead of the regular deadlines. Students applying via the ED have better chances of acceptance because of application prioritisation. The spring semester begins in January-February. As long as they have their academic records and training on check, students can graduate by early May.
After Getting Accepted
It takes 3-4 weeks for universities to review student applications. Hence, students must keep an eye out for any e-mails they might receive on the subject. Furthermore, they must accept the offer within the period instated by the universities. Later on, students can use the Letter of Acceptance to apply for student loans and scholarships. Preparing and finalising application material could take time. Make sure each application is personalised and attached to the documents required for the purpose. After paying the first piece of admission fees, students can also begin their visa process.
