About this Program
This degree helps prepare both men and women for careers in business management. This global degree focuses on business concepts such as active communication, practical accounting, diverse management, and unique strategy.
The course covers academic as well as practical and contemporary aspects of business management, preparing you for work in and the establishment of modern business organizations, as well as postgraduate study.
This four-year program, which includes a foundation year, is ideal if you are returning to school or do not meet the prerequisites for a three-year (or two-year accelerated) degree. It is also appropriate for international candidates.
Entry Requirements
- Five GCSEs at C/4 or higher (including English) are required. Qualifications from the EU and other countries may also be accepted.
- If you do not meet these entry requirements, you may still participate in our assessments and an interview. If you pass the exam, you will be admitted to the course. We don’t charge anything for this.
- If English is not your first language, international applicants must have an Academic IELTS of 5.5 (minimum 5.0 in each category).
- Before beginning the course, you must have completed Year 11 (Key Stage 4) for at least two years. This would normally imply that you will be 18 or older when you begin.
Assessment Methods
You will be taught in three ways throughout your studies: lectures, workshops, and seminars. The exact format will vary depending on the modules studied, but expect a mix of all three.
Assessments come in a variety of formats, depending on your options. Essays, portfolios, exams, reports, group presentations, and case studies are examples.
